The first block of the second day of the most important fashion fair in the region closed in style. Without a doubt, most of the attendees at this special event have enjoyed and savored every runway show, both from national and international designers. And one who stole glances with her collection was designer Olga Recio. The Spanish designer's (OR) proposal was divided into three parts: the first featured pieces for the day, with more color and diversity of prints; a second, more elegant part with neutral colors (for the night), softer; and a third, a little more sophisticated, with mixtures of textures. The fabrics integrated her creations in a fusion of European sobriety with Latin flavor. It is important to note that skirts played an important role in this proposal. With floral or plain prints, in subtle tones, favorites of various women. Miss Panamá 2016, Keity Drennan, was in charge of closing this show with a very elegant black design. The blouse featured transparency and some color lines, while the pants impressed with details on the hem. Recio triumphantly and satisfactorily walked out onto the runway, along with her models. In a recent interview, the Spanish designer highlighted that she has been observing fashion in Panama for two years and is surprised to see this rapid growth thanks to the work done by people like Marie Claire Bueno or Astrud Cordero, managing to sustain and grow an event like MBFWP. "It seems extremely important for the positioning of the sector at an international level. Thanks to this, I believe that Panama is slowly earning its place in the obligatory fashion circuit in Latin America," she said.
